2006 - Sunrise Mart is a small chain, two stores, that carry a wide range of Japanese goods. The staff and language is
primarily Japanese and the selection is great. For the chocoholic they carry a bunch of manufactured Japanese
chocolate items. They carry the best selection of Pocky products we've yet come across in New York. For the uninitiated
Pocky's are little crunchy sticks that you dip into a container of chocolate goo. They are reasonably priced and fun for
the kids. From Meiji they carry a wide range of products most manufactured under the Meltyblend name. They also have
crunchy cakes form Chocolat Boutique, Chocopies , cakes from Tohato and chocolate covered biscuits from Lotte. Both
of their stores carry pretty much the same product line and the service is excellent.
