2005 - A relatively new store here in New York City. Opened in November 2004 this shop carries the full line of this
west coast favorite. The Dark Chocolate covered lemon ganache is excellent. It's also interesting to see how many
products Scharffen Berger makes. Everything from cooking chocolate, to hot chocolate to truffles and on and on. The
store is kid friendly and the drinking chocolate is Grade A stuff. They also have a small but interesting selection of
books. This store is a nice addition to the ever expanding New York chocolate scene.
