Barricini Chocolate - In business since 1931. Growing up on the Upper West Side of Manhattan
there product was easily findable throughout the 1960's and 1970's. I believe I picked some up a
few years back on West 34th Street. As a kid I loved their Bridge Mix.They can be contacted at

Bartons - In business since 1907. They make all sorts of old time chocolates like chocolate
covered almonds, pretzels and cherries. You can order there
product online.

Bayside Chocolates - How lucky are the folks in tiny Lubec Maine with two excellent homemade
chocolate shops Bayside and Monicas. You can shop in their store or order online.

Bedre Fine Chocolate - An economic enterprise of the Chickasaw Nation Bedre which means
better has been producing chocolate products in Oklahoma since 1986.

Birnn Chocolates of Vermont - The Birnn brothers are third generation chocolatiers. The
company has been up and running since 1915. They produce wholesale truffles for hundreds of
retailers around the country.

Blackflower Chocolate - Started in 2003 by Cheryl Robbins-Dooley, a chef turned chocolate
maker. She sells her chocolates at events all over New England. She makes some awesome truffles
and bars. You can order online or check the events page on her site for places where her
chocolate may be for sale.

Black Hound - This New York City shop produces a nice line of homemade chocolates as well as
some excellent pastries.

Bissingers - The firm traces its roots back to the 1600's in Europe and was established here in the
United States in 1863 with the emigration of Karl Bissinger. The current shop has been located on
Mc Pherson Avenue in St. Louis since 1927. The store is charming with most of its original fixtures
intact giving it an old time charm. As an aside the chocolate is excellent, they make a full line of
chocolate products and besides the store you can locate there
product online.

Blommer Chocolates - In operation since 1939 this Chicago firm, they also have plants in East
Greenville, Pennsylvania and Union City, California,  produces a line of signature chocolates.  They
also manufacture cocoa powder.

Bloomer Candy Company - In business since 1879 Bloomer produces the Star and the Starline
Chocolate lines. Some of there products are the Star Peanut Clusters, Star Coconut Stacks, Milk
Chocolate Covered Caramels and the Star Creams.

B. Potter Chocolates - Maker of a raspberry wine flavored truffle available in Maine.

Brachs Confections - In business since 1904. They produce all sorts of candies including caramels,
gummies and toffees.

Brandt Chocolates Inc. - Makers of a variety of products including Friedel Hollow Chocolate Figures
and Seasonal Items. Niederegger Marzipan and  Brandt Chocolates and Specialties. They can be

Bridgewater Chocolate - Makers of some of the tastiest chocolate products out there. For a small
firm they produce a decent amount of products including cookies and marzipan as well as a line of
chocolate bars. You can purchase there product at there Connecticut shop or on online.

Brooklyn Brewery - Makers of Black Chocolate Stout a chocolate laced beer.

Brown & Haley - This Tacoma Washington firm has been in business since 1923.  Makers of
Almond Roca , Buttercrunch Toffee and Mountain Bars. There products are
available online.

B.T. McElrath Chocolatier - Brian McElrath's creations are available all over the Mid West. If you
want something unique try the lavender black pepper. You can also order his work online.
