July 2008 - In the late seventies the Cellar at Macys was a fairly exciting place to food shop. Back then there were only a
few places like Zabars that carried a wide array of "gourmet" food. As the years went on, more and more stores opened,
and the market for these goods increased and it seemed that The Cellar had become irrelevant. Our recent trip to Macys
found the Cellar has put together a pretty decent chocolate section. There is a Godiva counter that carries a decent
selection of Godiva's offerings. They also carry a nice selection of Moonstruck chocolate which you don't often see in
New York. Add to that multiple items from the Lindt. Ghiradelli, Frango, Neuhaus and Harry London lines.
