2005 - A few subway stops into Queens on the R train this full sized supermarket has a lot going for it. If you want
regular groceries they have a great selection priced somewhat better than Manhattan. They have a sales circular every
week that has some great prices. You can go online and check out their most recent circular. They also have 2 aisles of
International food with an interesting selection of goods. Of course here at echocolatenyc we are looking for the sugar
and Stop and Shop has a few decent imported items. On a recent trip April 2006 we found the following bars from the
United Kingdom, from Nestle Aero Mint , Aero Milk Chocolate , Toffee Crisp , Milky Bar Chunky and Violet Crumble.
Lee's Jaffa Bar. From Masterfoods Bounty 2 , Mars and Maltesers. They also carry most of the mainline domestic candy
and have a cool selection of soda pop including the Goya line and lots of different Mexican soda. Right across the
street from National Wholesale Liquidators.
