November 30, 2007 - A no brainer for Christmas arrived yesterday, The Sweet Riot Santa Gift Bag. Three tins of Sweet Riot Chocolate
Covered Cocoa Nibs in a nice little Santa Bag. If you haven't tried these yet they are great, sweet and crunchy. The bag is a quality item and
at $16.99 you can't beat the price.   If you're looking
for something a little different this year for the office Christmas Party we heartily
recommend taking a look at the catering services provided by Trois Crepes Patisserie. Their retail location on East 75th is on the small
size but when it comes to catering and serving up some great eats they do a tremendous job. We spot them all over town, a set up at the
French Institute, making crepes at The Chocolate Show etc. For the service and quality they provide the prices are extremely reasonable.
John & Kira's has a sweet little deal. Order more than $75 worth of chocolate, per address, and you can get free shipping through
December 4th.
The price of cocoa went down a bit in October, about $23 a tonne, with an influx of beans from the Ivory Coast. The market

will be conducting on board chocolate making classes as well as leading a Turkish Chocolate & Greek Pastry tasting excursion.

squares. They also are producing Truffle Sharing Boxes and Holiday Gift Boxes. The Cacao Reserve products we've tried in the past have
been pretty tasty so even though we've yet to try these we feel they're worth picking up if you see them.

Longtime visitors to our site know we are big fans of
DeBrand chocolates. We've sampled them a few times and found them to always taste fresh. This year for Christmas they have an
interesting item - The Chocolate Truffle Wreath. This looks like a great centerpiece or a nice item to place on a buffet table. It's a box,
circular and wreath shaped composed of chocolate. Open it and it contains 19 truffles. Eat the truffles then eat the container, it couldn't get
any greener than that for Christmas.

promising.
