November 13, 2005 - Another year another Chocolate Show has come to a conclusion. The lines weren't as long as last year but there
were still waits to get in.
Mary's Chocolate was back from Japan and we can hardly wait until they eventually make there fine product
available here in New York City.
November 4, 2005- The Milan branch of Gucci is opening a small on premise cafe Zoomata reported today. A cup of coffe will run around
$4.50 and will accompanied by a cube of dark chocolate. Please
drop us an email if you're in Milan and have tried the chocolate. The
Chocolate Academy out of London
has announced there pick for the worlds best chocolate bar. They picked the Amedei Dark chocolate
which was made in a run of only 20,000 from Venezuelan beans and produced in Tuscany. We are researching at the moment to find out if
the bars are available here in New York and will post if they are. If you know of such a place please

November 2, 2005- Don't forget the New York Chocolate Show returns to the Metropolitan Pavilion next weekend. Scroll down to
September 10 2005 for further details about what promises to be a fine weekend of chocolate sampling. The
Phoenix  Desert Botanical
Garden will be holding there Chiles and Chocolate Festival the weekend of November 12 - 13. If you're in Arizona that weekend you might
want to drop in and take a look.
November 1, 2005- The Boston Herald has an article today about See's Chocolates setting up shop in Boston for the holiday season. Lake
Champlain Chocolates has announced a new limited edition boxed set of truffles which include Spiced Sumatran  a coffee flavored truffle,
Raspberry Pink Peppercorn, Fresh Mint , Orange Cardamom and Aztec.
