Domori - A relative newcomer to the Piedmont chocolate scene, 1993. They make some great bars and still do many things by hand that many others have gone to mechanized systems. Try the Chocolate Covered Toasted Corn or almost anything they make. If you get to the shop try to take a look at the factory in the basement.
Gertosio - In business since 1880. The shop, located in Turin is a classic and they make pastry as well as some of the finest chocolates around.

ICAM - Makers of a wide range of chocolate products in Italy. Some of there products are Moreska, crunchy and soft candies, Capolavori with their liqueur flavours covered in dark chocolate, Vanini chocolate boxes, and Blue Rose chocolates. In the USA some of there product can be purchased in Sam's Club and Wal-Mart.
